Dentist Mehmet Hakan Eltutar was born in Tokat. He completed his secondary and high school education in Tokat Anatolian High School and his undergraduate education in Marmara Faculty of Dentistry. After his private clinical experience, he held administrative positions such as hospital chief physician and health director. He worked for 6 years in the private clinic of which he is a partner since 2015. He is currently working in Private Maxident Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic.
